1. WHAT LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our standard lease term is 12 months, with 10-month options available at an additional premium. Contact the leasing office for current availability.

2. WHAT LEASE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Residents may choose to lease an entire apartment or sign an individual lease for a private bedroom.

3. WHAT UTILITIES AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for electricity. Internet service is available at $65/month per unit at Cayuga Lofts and $75/month per unit at Cayuga Place.

4. WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS?

International applicants will need to provide a valid passport, a copy of their I-20 form, and proof of sufficient funds, such as bank statements showing three times the monthly rent or documentation covering one full year’s rent.

5. DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED APARTMENTS?

Yes. Furniture packages are available upon request for $75/month per bedroom. Availability is limited, so please contact the leasing office for current options.

6. ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?

Yes, we are pet-friendly! Pet fees and breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the leasing office for details.

7. HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM CORNELL UNIVERSITY?

Both communities are located along a main bus route to Cornell University. Travel time is approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic and your destination on campus.

8. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING BREAKS?

For non-emergency maintenance requests, please submit a request through the online resident portal. For emergencies, please contact the leasing office immediately.

9. CAN I PAY MY RENT ONLINE?

Yes. Rent can be paid through the online resident portal, and recurring payments can be set up for added convenience.

10. DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO LIVE HERE?

No. Our communities welcome a mix of students, young professionals, recent graduates, couples, and other residents.
