I mainly live in the city but stayed here occasionally with my wife while she was in school. What I appreciated most was the peace of mind this place gave me. It felt very secure, and knowing the bus stop was right outside made it easier to leave her alone when I had to be away.

The maintenance team was also great. They were always responsive and quick to address any issues, which made things smoother for both of us. Bren from the management team was always welcoming, warm, and accommodating, especially during the move-in and move-out process.

We had a corner 1-bedroom apartment that was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that you don’t often see in Ithaca. Even with all that glass, the apartment stayed warm through the winter thanks to a solid heating system. We never had to worry about crazy utility bills either.

I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building is always peaceful with no loud neighbors or parties, which was perfect for me.

The management and maintenance teams were amazing. They were always kind, responsive, and made everything easy. The location is also a big plus. The bus stop is right in front of the building, which made getting around during cold weather or late nights so convenient. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the grocery stores and just steps away from most downtown restaurants, which really helps when Uber Eats isn’t reliable.

I’m so grateful for my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-managed place in Ithaca.

i am a resident at Cayuga Place having lived in this community for 3.5 years to date (including a pandemic). Besides from the location and convenience of the building, i would highlight the peaceful and safe environment as relevant characteristics, together with the active effort from management and all staff to address promptly any issue that might come up, both in the facilities and or regarding admin or legal issues. throughout the years i have witnessed the investment and care put into the building and the community. i will remember Cayuga Place fondly. Great Place to live.

Cayuga Place Apartment is a great place to call home! All the staffs are super friendly and helpful! The community is very welcoming. For every holiday and special occasions, there are many activities held by the staff for the residents. We are very happy here!

I enjoyed my time at Cayuga Place! The building is definitely older, and as expected with age, things tend to break fairly often. However, the maintenance team was always quick to respond and helpful whenever issues came up, which made these inconveniences manageable. The management office staff were approachable and supportive, always willing to talk things through.

Even after moving away about a year ago, they reached out to help return a package that was mistakenly delivered to my old address. As an international student, living at Cayuga Place was a memorable part of my undergraduate years—especially getting to see Bren’s cute puppy, easily the prettiest dog I've ever seen!

Cayuga Lofts is a great building to live in. It is near down town, the bus stop is right next to the building and the apartment has high ceilings and beautiful views. HH-Ithaca staff is wonderful as well, the office staff replies and follows up right away.

Very nice apartment with great amenities. Rent is about average for the quality and the downtown area. Management is excellent and everyone is very nice and helpful. It is conveniently close to the bus stop and the commons, and it has a covered parking garage directly attached to the building. Apartments are spacious with great floor plans and plenty of lighting

lived here for almost a year, quality apartment with good location, far from the main road which provide you a relative quite place in town. The management people Khloie Garrison is very helpful with anything you need. Only things is they only do yearly lease which is bad for you as a student. I visit almost every apartment in Ithaca and even Lansing area. Cayuga loft management team and property quality should be the top 3 at least to be honest.

The best building in Ithaca hands-down! The views are amazing. The quality of the construction and finishing are excellent. The management is respectful and responsive to repair requests. The gym has brand new equipment ....
